


And so, just a year and a bit after that first fateful day when I began to
wonder if bellydancing would be a good form of exercise, I find myself truly enjoying
the dancing, the music, the choreography, the costumes, the WHOLE THING. I LOVE
teaching this wonderful fun, especially
inviting the women who come to class to just 'dive in' and pull up a GOOD
workout that also stirs all the grace and strength and warmth that we
menopausal women are MOST certainly capable of. This is NO time to cave in and
feel OLD. Yeah. I've had Lyme EIGHT TIMES.....I dare ANYONE to pronounce that
"You never get over it" as I am DANCIN' proof that you CAN.
I'd say this is a pretty good start to the Greatest Hits of
the NEXT Fifty Years!
